So, what is the PTSO and what do you do?

The Humphreys West Elementary School PTSO is a nonprofit, parent-lead volunteer organization who’s purpose is to support and enhance the educational and social experiences of HWES students and staff by providing an organization through which parents, students, teachers, stakeholders, and community members can work cooperatively and give financial support for programs funded outside of the annual school budget.
